During my recent stay at The Mayflower Jakarta - Marriott Executive Apartments, I experienced fantastic service right from the start. The staff went above and beyond and surprised me with a free upgrade to a room on the 35th floor, providing me with an amazing view of the city. The swimming pool on the 28th floor was exceptionally clean and spacious, offering a refreshing escape. The breakfast was delightful, and the chef even came to my table to ensure that all my culinary preferences were met. Every employee was extremely helpful and friendly, making my stay pleasant and enjoyable. For a great place to stay, I highly recommend The Mayflower Jakarta - Marriott Executive Apartments.

Excellent location, excellent service

The breakfast at the Cafe is very poor and needs to be dramatically improved.

This serviced apartment offers spacious rooms with nice city views, especially suitable for families with kids. You can find various amenities inside the Indofood office tower where this serviced apartment is located, including a convenience store, a Baskin Robbins outlet, and plenty of ATM machines. the location offers easy access to shopping centers and places to eat in Jakarta, making it perfect for the weekend.

The two bedroom suit was large and confortable.

Hotel was located very isolated. The hotel security was overdriven and unpleasant... You feel like you enter a prison! .. unfortunately!

The room had a nice view and was clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had good amenities. The location was convenient for exploring the city.

The staff was rude and unhelpful. They seemed annoyed when I asked for assistance and didn't make any effort to make our stay special for our romantic getaway.

Not many restaurants aroud, You need a taxi to go anywhere.

superb accomodation large & spacious

Great staff, professional and proactive. Convenient location for business visits, close to downtown and malls. Nice apartment with great bedding and powerful shower. Good WiFi and nice gym.

Neither the complimentary tea or coffee were available no the internet access. The price is too high for the this hotel. And the room especially the bathroom was very dirty!

Nice staff, enough space, good spa

We stayed at this hotel during Christmas, and we had a great time. the indoor pool was fantastic, and we enjoyed the amazing view all day long. the location was pretty convenient, and we found it easy to get around the city, especially since there was a train station close by.

There were a few things we didn't love about this hotel. First, there wasn't much to do around the area, and we had to walk a bit to find a mall or some street food.

Cheap and clean. With one young child, it will be so benefit to stay in this hotel with fully equipped kitchen

They charged me more for 21% tax. But after I argued with some proff from Booked.net, they changed the price as Booked.net given to me. In Booked.net the price has already stated as inclusive 21% tax.

Only location

Very poor servise . I had to call many times to request for bath roupe and tea and sugar baggas which were not in the flat??? Rooms are very small compared to 5 or 4 stars hotels
